Nikki Gewirz has been a board certified physician associate since 2006. Nikki specializes in medical aesthetics, men’s and women’s health, bioidentical hormone replacement, restorative medicine, and peptide therapy.
Nikki completed a master’s in public health at The Dartmouth Institute, Geisel School of Medicine and her medical training at the State University of New York, Stony Brook. Nikki devoted much of her career to surgery. She started at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Orthopedic surgery and went on to practice in general surgery at Gifford Medical Center. She received additional training in dermatology, skin cancer surveillance, wound care, urology, and men’s and women’s health.
Her journey into wellness was inspired by her own experience, when her health and wellbeing was in jeopardy. She realized she was burnt out, overworked, stressed, out of balance and disconnected despite doing everything “right.” That experience profoundly influenced Nikki’s approach to medicine-igniting her commitment to prevention, vitality, and whole-person care.
Today, she combines medical science with compassion to help patients restore balance, enhance confidence, and live with lasting wellness. Her approach is deeply personal, focusing on helping each individual look and feel their absolute best-inside and out.
Nikki’s goal is to create a welcoming, trusted environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered on their wellness journey. She will personalize an evidence-based approach to patients’ health care that is focused on restoring balance, enhancing natural beauty, supporting vibrancy, confidence, and long-term health at every stage of life.
